About
Frederick Afrifa's story is one of radical reinvention through communication. Born in Milan, he arrived in South London at age 12 speaking no English, sharing a single bedroom with his family of four. That experience — of needing to find your voice in a world that doesn't speak your language — became the foundation of everything he teaches.
He went on to represent Italy as an elite sprinter, winning two national gold medals and competing at the European Championships. When his athletics contract was terminated in 2020, he spent time as a delivery driver — before making a decision that changed his life: to transform communication from his greatest weakness into his greatest strength.
Within four years, he built a global coaching business, earned recognition from the BBC as the UK's leading public speaking expert, and appeared on one of Europe's most-watched business programmes, BBC's The Apprentice UK, in 2025.
Today, Frederick works with executives, teams, and organisations who need to perform in the highest-stakes moments — board rooms, investor pitches, government briefings, keynote stages. He has spoken across four continents, from Las Vegas and Lagos to London, Johannesburg and Almaty. He doesn't teach confidence. He teaches clarity under pressure.
